When I broke up with my lover, it felt like I really hit rock bottom. Things seemed hopeless and impossible.

But there is always hope. There are many ways to get back together again but I learned it’s vital to avoid the following mistakes:

• Calling immediately after the breakup
• Begging for him to take me back
• Promising to fix all the problems and change permanently
• Using text messages or e-mail
• Persuading him that I’m the love of their life

I was tempted to do all those things but it would have been a mistake because the tension is too high at first.

Without a proven plan and system I’d never gotten back together with my boyfriend.
